It is the responsibility of the client to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all information provided to the Company.

  4. WanderWise Services may engage third-party service providers to facilitate certain aspects of the services offered. Any terms, conditions, or disclaimers imposed by these third-party providers are separate from those of the Company and are the responsibility of the client to review and accept.

  5. WanderWise Services offers assistance with visa applications, including document preparation and advisory services. However, we cannot guarantee the approval of any visa, as this is at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate.

  6. Notarization services provided by WanderWise Services are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure the legality and validity of all documents requiring notarization.

  7. WanderWise Services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of business.

  8. By engaging our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

  9. WanderWise Services reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the client to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes.

  10. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not use our services.

  11. By engaging our services, you consent to receive transactional emails and SMS notifications from Wanderwise Services LLC pertaining to your application details and travel-related updates.

  12. Wanderwise Services LLC collects your passport, documents, and personal data solely for the purpose of providing travel-related services. All information provided is handled with the utmost confidentiality.

  13. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided and documents submitted to Wanderwise Services LLC. Any inaccuracies or discrepancies in the information provided may impact the outcome of your visa application, and Wanderwise Services LLC disclaims any liability in such instances.
